By booking a lesson with Ready 4 Drive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Lesson Bookings
        •       All lessons must be booked in advance through our official booking system, by phone, or via email.
        •       Lesson availability is subject to instructor schedules.
        •       Students must hold a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license applicable to the lesson type.
2. Payments
        •       Payments must be made in advance or at the time of the lesson, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
        •       Pre-paid lesson packages must be used within [X months] from the date of purchase.
        •       All prices are listed in [currency] and may be subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
        •       A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
        •       Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or result in the lesson being deducted from any pre-paid package.
        •       If the instructor arrives at the agreed location and the student is unavailable or unprepared to begin the lesson, this will be treated as a late cancellation.
4. Student Responsibilities
        •       Students must be punctual and ready for their lesson at the scheduled time.
        •       Students must bring their valid learner’s permit or driver’s license to each lesson.
        •       Students must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that may impair driving ability.
        •       Students are responsible for wearing appropriate footwear for safe vehicle operation.
5. Instructor & Vehicle
        •       Lessons are provided by qualified driving instructors licensed in accordance with relevant state or territory regulations.
        •       Vehicles used for training are fully insured and maintained to a safe and roadworthy standard.
        •       In rare cases of unforeseen instructor illness, vehicle breakdown, or extreme weather, lessons may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
6. Safety
        •       In the interest of safety, the instructor may terminate a lesson if a student’s behavior is deemed unsafe or if the student fails to comply with instructions.
        •       The instructor has full control over the training vehicle at all times.
7. Liability
        •       Ready 4 Drive and its instructors will not be held liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the student’s driving outside of lessons.
        •       Students are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred while driving outside of their lesson time.
8. Refund Policy
        •       Refunds for unused pre-paid lessons may be issued at the discretion of the school, minus any applicable administration fees.
        •       No refunds will be given for lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
9. Privacy
        •       All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for booking, training, and communication purposes in accordance with privacy laws.
10. Changes to Terms
        •       Ready 4 Drive reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
